Satan's Hour is from a longer line of leading Hellbound Performance Horses (HPBH) than his cousin, New Moon. Although not a direct descendant to one of Hellbound's leading Thoroughbreds, HPBH Shetan, he is connected through Shetan's son, HBPH Satan. Continuing the trend as a racehorse, Satan's Hour is one of the few still left racing, as most of his lineage has retired to other show circuits that don't involve racing.
