‘Tas’ is our honey girl. Her brain was switched a birth with a nice calm child’s lesson horse (I joke of course) but deep with in her lays the soul of a true Thoroughbred. The will to win , the courage to conquer and the desire to rise above all , a true Thoroughbred. This girl has that and so much more. In her racing career she blew away the competition with her poise , perseverance and bold racing style. At two is nabbed a respectful 3rd in the 1998 Breeders Cup Juvenile Fillies. Her three year old racing career was a smashing success with a 1st in the coveted Triple Crown Race , The Preakness Stakes and two other wins in G1 stakes races. Tas’s 4&5 year olds were just as good with a second in the The Godolphin Mile and a 3rd in the Breeders Cup Distaff.

Faced with an important decision we had two choices , retire ‘Tas’ to broodmare or retrain her. Her light airy steps hinted at a possible dressage or show jumping career. After some thought we started training her in show jumping. She picked it up so fast that we knew we had made the right choice. She has not had a huge chance to show yet but she has already picked up a couple nice placings in the Level One 2'9" - 3'1" class.
